Mr. McIntire has served on the Board since June 2020 and served as the Company’s Interim President and Chief Executive Officer from June 2021 to January 31, 2022. He currently serves on the boards of Spur Petroleum, Ltd. and Al Bawani Holding. He also serves on the Advisory Board to the National Academies of Engineering, Medicine & Science. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer and as a board member of TerraPower, LLC; as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of CH2M HILL; as Partner, Executive Vice President and board member of Bechtel Group; and as board member of Ovintiv, Inc. He has also served on several public and private boards, trade associations and community organizations.  He has a B.S. from the Civil Engineering school at the University of Nebraska and an M.B.A. from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
