Mr. Broderick has served on the Board since June 2020. He currently serves as a Senior Director of Goldman Sachs (“Goldman”) since his retirement from Goldman in January 2018 after 32 years of service, having served most recently as the firm's Chief Risk Officer from 2008 until his retirement in 2018. He was a member of Goldman's Management Committee and the chair or a co-chair of Goldman's most senior risk committees. In this capacity, he reported to Goldman’s CEO and was responsible for managing Goldman’s Risk Division, which oversees control of the firm’s credit, market, liquidity, operational, model and insurance risks. He also currently serves on the board of directors of the Bank of Montreal (BMO) and Circle Internet Financial, where in both cases he is Chair of the Board Risk Committee.  He is also the Head of the Advisory Board at Credit Benchmark.
