Human Rights

McDermott is committed to respecting human rights wherever we operate, in accordance with applicable laws and consistent with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

Our commitment to human rights includes the provision of quality work conditions that comply with all applicable labor laws and the International Labour Organization’s core conventions / Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, including labor principles related to freedom of association, nondiscrimination, and prohibition of forced labor, human trafficking, and child labor.

We are working to build a stronger human rights focus in our people, supply chain, security, and community engagement strategies. See our Modern Slavery Act Statement.
