Graduate Development Program

Throughout this thee-year rotational program, you’ll experience challenging roles designed to develop your technical skills and leadership abilities, across different functions at McDermott.  

Depending on market demand, the Graduate Development Program may offer opportunities in Engineering, Fabrication Services, Construction & Installation, Project Management & Controls, Supply Chain Management, Marine Asset Operations and other functions.

Who should apply

• Current students or recent graduates with a BS or MS in one of the following engineering disciplines: mechanical, civil, chemical, electrical
• Candidates who will be available by June the year of their first rotation
• Students willing to relocate, as needed, with each assignment throughout the program
