The average experience of our senior project leadership is more than 30 years of understanding how to effectively combine people, assets and processes to reliably deliver a project.

This consistent and structured approach to project execution allows us to be more creative and responsive in synchronizing parallel activities, allocating optimal resources, communicating effectively, minimizing and managing risks. The greatest value of this approach is realized on EPCI projects, with single-point project accountability, imperative for complex projects, fast-track schedules or deepwater and harsh offshore environments where rigorous project management is key.

Controlled by a central functional group and implemented uniformly across projects worldwide, our leadership teams ensure understanding and application, and continual improvement through industry best practices and shared lessons learned. Sound interface management across people, disciplines and project phases is reinforced through these work processes and procedures.

Our in-house Project Execution University, led by experienced industry professionals targets development of the next wave of project leaders. In addition, our Graduate Engineer Development Program attracts young, talented, college graduates with three years of rotational assignments providing a broad foundation of experience prior to settling in a particular field.
