John D. Krueger Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategic PlanningMr. Krueger has been our Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategic Planning since October 2008. He joined the Company in 1976 and served most recently as Vice President, Planning and Business Development for our subsidiary, The Babcock & Wilcox Company, from October 2006 to September 2008 and Vice President, Business Development of The Babcock & Wilcox Company from March 2004 to October 2006. He also served as Vice President, Business Development for our subsidiary, J. Ray McDermott, S.A., from June 1998 to March 2004 and as Vice President, Planning and Business Development of McDermott International, Inc., from June 1993 to June 1998. His prior positions within the Company include Director of Corporate Business Planning & Analysis, Director of Corporate Development and Senior Analyst.
