Brandon C. Bethards President and Chief Executive OfficerMr. Bethards has been President and Chief Executive Officer of our subsidiary, The Babcock & Wilcox Company, since November 2008 after serving as Interim Chief Executive Officer since September 2008. He joined Babcock & Wilcox Power Generation Group, Inc., a major operating subsidiary of The Babcock & Wilcox Company, in the early 1970s and served most recently as its President from January 2007 to October 2008 and Senior Vice President and General Manager of its Fossil Power division from February 2001 to January 2007. His earlier positions within the Power Generation Group include Vice President of Business Development, General Manager, District Engineer and Field Service Engineer.
