John E. Roueche, IIIVice President, Investor Relations and Corporate CommunicationsMr. Roueche has been our Vice President, Investor Relations & Corporate Communications since March 2006. Jay Roueche has led McDermott’s financial communications since September 2003, previously serving as Director of the department. Prior to joining McDermott, he was Vice President, Investor Relations at Pennzoil-Quaker State Company until that company was sold in late 2002. In addition to investor relations, Mr. Roueche has worked extensively in corporate finance at Pennzoil-Quaker State Company, Pennzoil Company, Rockport Resources Capital Corporation and Shell Oil Company. Mr. Roueche earned his MBA in finance from the University of Texas at Austin and received a BBA in finance and economics from Texas Tech University.
