Previously, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of our subsidiary The Babcock & Wilcox Company since January 2007; President and Chief Operating Officer of our subsidiary BWX Technologies, Inc. since September 2002; and President and General Manager of BWXT Services, Inc., a subsidiary of BWX Technologies, from September 1997 to November 2002.
