Previously, he was: Vice President, Finance and Treasurer from September 2002 to February 2006; Assistant Treasurer of McDermott from May 2002 to September 2002; Vice President in the Retail Energy Solutions Group of Reliant Resources, Inc., an electricity and energy services company, from December 2000 to May 2002; associated with Industrial Growth Partners LP, a private equity fund, from January 2000 to December 2000; prior to 2000, he held various positions in the merchant energy sector and in corporate banking. He is also a director of Seaboard International, Inc.
