HowardUntil his retirement in March 1995, Mr. Howard was Vice President of Domestic Operations, Exploration and Production of Shell Oil Company, and President of Shell Western Exploration and Production Inc. from 1992, and President of Shell Offshore, Inc. from 1985. He is also a director of Devon Energy Corporation and serves as lead director for Southwestern Energy Company.
