Oliver D. Kingsley, Jr.Until his retirement in November 2004, Mr. Kingsley served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Exelon Corporation (an integrated utility company) from May 2003, Senior Executive Vice President from February 2002 and President and Chief Nuclear Officer from October 2000. Mr. Kingsley also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Exelon’s subsidiary, Exelon Generation, from February 2000 to November 2004 and as President and Chief Nuclear Officer of Unicom Corporation (an integrated electric utility company) from November 1997 to October 2000.
