Mr. Wilkinson served as President and Chief Operating Officer of McDermott from April 2000 to August 2000 and President and Chief Operating Officer of our subsidiary J. Ray McDermott, S.A. from July 2002 through February 2003. He is also a director of Cameron International Corporation.
